The Westside Warriors relocated from Langley (formerly known as the Langley Hornets) in the 2006 off-season. The Westside/ Westbank area is nestled in the central Okanagan, neighboring the city of Kelowna. The Warriors organization is very excited to commence play in their new community. Their brand new facility, recently named Royal Lepage Place,  will be completed in the summer of 2007. Royal Lepage Place will be located at the foot of Mt. Boucherie, next door the community center and high school, just minutes from the Okanagan Lake floating Bridge. Upon completion, this Mt Boucherie complex will become the hub and central meeting point on the Westside. The Central Okanagan has a proud junior hockey tradition and the Warriors are looking forward to creating a new chapter, representing the Westside community.

The team is owned by Mark Cheyne and head office is on the Westside, located in the Jim Lind Arena. Cheyne and his family live in West Kelowna and he takes on the day to day responsiblities as President, General Manager and Governor.

The Warriors employ a full time staff consisting of the head coach, athletic therapist/equipment manager, office manager, broadcaster/media/community relations coordinator, and marketing/sales staff. We have access to some of the best medical people in the sports industry, an exceptional physiotherapy clinic and fitness center.
